About firmus energy

Building on our success as the largest gas supplier by consumption, firmus energy is now expanding its impact by bringing innovation, reliability, and customer-focused energy solutions to electricity. This transition marks a significant milestone in our commitment to Net Zero, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join us at the forefront of this change. As part of our team, you’ll help shape the future of energy in Northern Ireland, supported by excellent remuneration, benefits and development opportunities in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

Role Overview

The role will involve assisting with a wide range of Revenue Protection activities, including debt collection, customer account reviews, revenue recovery initiatives, and ensuring all energy consumed is correctly billed. This position would suit a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data, investigating issues, and collaborating with others to deliver positive outcomes for both customers and the business.

  • Contribute to the continuous review and enhancement of policies, procedures, and controls to support the effectiveness of the Revenue Protection function.
  • Analyse customer consumption and billing data to identify and calculate appropriate refunds or back charges.
  • Any other duties as directed by the Customer Billing Manager or Revenue Protection Lead
