Business Analyst (Salesforce)

We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join us at Telia. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on designing and optimizing Salesforce solutions that empower Telia teams to deliver innovative, connected digital services. What you’ll do: You’ll focus on understanding business needs and shaping Salesforce solutions that improve processes, collaboration, and customer experiences. You will: Analyze business needs, map processes, and translate them into clear Salesforce requirements. Design scalable Salesforce solutions and support configuration aligned with best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and cross‑team alignment across projects. Support users through documentation, training, and continuous improvements (plus: work with Communications Cloud improvements). What will help you thrive in this role: We’re looking for a proactive, curious team player who enjoys solving complex problems and turning ideas into practical improvements. You also need: Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirement gathering in IT or CRM contexts. Ability to work in Agile/SAFe environments, manage stakeholders, and turn business needs into practical solutions. Fluency in English. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and adaptability skills. Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and Communications Cloud (Vlocity) would be considered as an advantage.
