As a Business Analyst, you will transform commercial performance and financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across Salomon's global Softgoods business. You will play a key role in performance analysis, forecasting, reporting and business planning.
Role Purpose
- Monitor and analyze global business performance across categories, channels and regions.
- Support key planning, forecasting and product creation processes.
- Deliver actionable insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Develop and improve reporting, dashboards and analytical tools.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive business performance and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing sales, margins, order intake, inventory and sell-through performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Consolidating commercial plans and financial forecasts in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
- Producing and enhancing reporting dashboards and business intelligence tools.
- Supporting product creation milestones and business review processes with relevant data and insights.
- Partnering with Finance, Merchandising, Planning, IT and Commercial teams to deliver impactful analyses and recommendations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 4+ years experience in business analysis, commercial finance, business intelligence or a similar analytical role.
- Strong experience transforming data into strategic insights.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, finance and operational stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desired Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree (Business School, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or equivalent)
- Languages: French and English fluency
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills. Experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, QlikView, Power BI or similar data visualization solutions is highly valued.
