We are looking for a Business Analyst (f/m/x) to join a project in the banking sector. Your tasks will include designing, optimizing, and configuring processes on the BPMS platform – UniFlow, as well as coding prints according to SDLC. You will collaborate with the team to deliver effective solutions that support the development of business processes. - Designing and optimizing processes on the BPMS platform - UniFlow
- Configuring processes and coding prints in XSLT and XML
- Collaborating with the team to deliver effective solutions
- Analyzing and documenting business processes
- Participating in projects related to the implementation of new solutions
- Preparing reports and analyses for the team
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst
- Analytical and logical thinking skills
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML notation and business process modeling
- Experience working with BPMS platforms (Camunda or similar solutions preferred)
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML and familiarity with at least one programming language
- Very good knowledge of Polish and communicative knowledge of English
- Ability to collaborate effectively, good communication skills, and a proactive approach
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and be present in the office in Łódź at least once every two weeks
