Proxiad SEE is an IT consulting and software development company, part of Proxiad Group France. Operating in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, we employ over 250 professionals skilled in various sectors: healthcare, finance, e-commerce and retail, transport & logistics, and procurement. We are also the company behind two software solutions for office work – our workplace management software, Desk Buddy, and our performance management software, GROW.
About the AI Hub
Our AI Hub is a cross-functional team that designs and delivers integrated AI Agentic solutions for our clients and internal teams. The work ranges from automating business processes to building assistants that support users in their daily operations. As a Business Analyst in the Hub, you won't be tied to a single project. Instead, you'll contribute to several initiatives, often working with French-speaking stakeholders, and help turn business needs into AI Agents that people actually use.
What you'll do
- Work with business stakeholders, many of them French-speaking, to understand their processes, pain points and goals starting from emails, memos, specifications and other client-provided documentation.
- Identify and assess where AI Agents can add real value, and help prioritize use cases based on impact, delivery time and feasibility.
- Map current and target processes, including where an agent fits in, what it decides, and where a human stays in the loop.
- Translate needs into clear requirements: user stories and tasks, acceptance criteria, agent behavior specifications, scope boundaries and integration needs while keeping agreed scope separate from wishes and change requests.
- Work closely with AI engineers, researchers, developers and solution architects to shape the solution and clarify scope.
- Help define how agent quality is measured, including test scenarios, expected outputs and success metrics, and take part in testing and UAT.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, demos and workshop materials in both French and English.
- Support adoption and usability after go-live by collecting user feedback and driving improvements.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Analyst or in a similar role on IT projects.
- Professional working proficiency in French (B2/C1 or above), written and spoken, and fluent English.
- Solid experience with requirements gathering, process modelling and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- A genuine interest in Generative AI and AI Agents, and a practical understanding of what LLM-based solutions can and can't do.
- Comfort with ambiguity and switching between several projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including running workshops with business users in both English and French
Benefits:
- Hybrid work model with a minimum of two days per month onsite. Remote options available
- 25 days of paid annual leave
- Additional health insurance package (including dental and optical services)
- Language classes and L&D opportunities
- Internal recognition system with different levels of financial bonuses
- Team buildings, game nights, hikes and many other social events
- Food vouchers, presents for your work anniversary, birthday, etc., employee discounts
All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.
