Business Analyst – Workday Connections 🔗 Business Analyst – Workday Connections 💼 🌍 Now partnering with a leading company on their global HR ecosystem! 📍 🗣️ English required, Dutch a plus Are you a Business Analyst who loves bridging business needs with technical integration design? 🌉 We're looking for a Business Analyst — Workday Connections to shape and improve integrations across a global Workday landscape, connecting payroll, recruitment, identity management, finance, and more! ⚙️ 🌟 Why This Role Matters The Workday Connections squads own the integrations powering a global Human Capital Management platform — connecting Workday with payroll providers, recruitment systems, identity management solutions, finance platforms, and other strategic applications, creating seamless employee journeys and high-quality HR data. 👥 📋 Key Responsibilities 👉 Gather, analyze & document business and technical requirements for Workday integrations 👉 Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, third-party vendors & development teams 👉 Translate business processes and epics into clear features, user stories & integration requirements 👉 Design end-to-end integration solutions together with architects and engineers 👉 Support realization, enhancement & maintenance of Workday integrations 👉 Support Product Owners in roadmap planning and business case development 👉 Drive continuous improvements in ways of working, processes & integration quality 👉 Contribute to Agile, Scrum & DevOps practices within the squad 🔄 ✅ Must-Have Requirements 🔹 3+ years as a Business Analyst within a Workday environment focused on integrations 🔹 Proven experience analyzing & documenting integration requirements 🔹 Experience with Workday integrations, data exchange & system connectivity 🔹 Understanding of APIs, web services & integration concepts 🔹 Basic understanding of Workday Studio/Orchestrate or similar (PECI, Connectors, Extend) — strong advantage 🔹 Ability to work closely with development teams to design & realize integrations 🔹 Experience mapping/analyzing data structures, interfaces & end-to-end process flows 🔹 Strong stakeholder management in complex international environments 🔹 Fluent English 🌟 Preferred Qualifications ✨ Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS & DevOps methodologies ✨ Experience with cloud integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services) ✨ Understanding of identity & access integrations (Entra ID/Azure AD, IAM) ✨ Experience with reporting & data analysis within Workday ✨ Dutch language skills considered a plus 🇳🇱 💡 Personal Qualities 🔸 Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex technical topics 🔸 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities 🔸 Able to constructively challenge stakeholders and create clarity in ambiguity 🔸 Naturally curious about both business processes and technical solutions 🔸 Proactive, independent, comfortable taking ownership 🔸 Strong organizational and facilitation skills 🔸 A true team player who enjoys knowledge sharing and continuous improvement 📩 Ready to shape the future of a global Workday ecosystem?
