Client: Autoriteit Financiële Markten Website: https://www.afm.nl/ Location: Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Nederland Work setup: Hybrid Salary range: €60,000 - €120,000 per year depending on seniority We are looking for a (Senior) Supervisor Digital Operational Resilience (DORA) to help safeguard the stability and resilience of the financial markets in an increasingly digital world. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of technology, regulation, cybersecurity, and capital markets. This is a highly visible position with direct exposure to market participants, international regulators, and senior stakeholders across the financial ecosystem. You’ll supervise how trading platforms, clearing institutions, and market participants manage digital operational resilience under DORA. What you bring: Completed university degree in Information Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, or another relevant STEM-related field At least 3 years of relevant experience within IT audit, operational risk, supervision, cybersecurity, or digital resilience Knowledge of DORA, COBIT, internal controls, or related regulatory and governance frameworks. RE or CISA certification is considered a strong advantage Confident communication skills in both Dutch and English Why this role?
