THE BACKGROUND

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a great team at one of our key clients, a European institution based in Poland.

The role is based in Poland (Warsaw), therefore local presence is required.

YOUR MISSION

As Business Analyst, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Map needs into changes in ICT systems (existing systems and needed to be build)

• Order of magnitude estimation of the workload, time, risk

• Document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks

• Identify gaps and overlaps across business processes, provide input to business process streamline

• Provide input or conduct Gap analysis, SWOT analysis, feasibility studies of tools

• Review and contribute to analytical documentation provided by 3rd party companies

• Provide business analysis services related to ICT solutions deployed or planned to be deployed

• Act as main point of contact for the Process and Business Owners

• Educate on Service Now capabilities, manage expectations, prepare mock-ups, deliver demos to Business

• Define User Stories and lead backlog refinements to decompose user stories into tasks for Developers

• Support whole SDLC including bug-fixing, UAT, change management, deployment, trainings, hyper care

• Support the Portfolio with expertise on business analysis focused on business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Bachelor Degree

• You have minimum English level of C1

• You have minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT

• You have at least one valid ServiceNow certificate: Certified System Administrator, Citizen Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or other relevant issued by ServiceNow.
