Business Analyst/Product Manager

Description

This company has seen recent growth witin the EDI team and needs a BA to keep things streamlined. This addition will provide more stability and allow for continued growth.

This business analyst will be responsible for capturing the requirements, documenting, and acting as the liaison between thought leadership, administration, and the development team. They will need specific experience working through implementation and the intricacies of these projects.

This person must have the ability to build relationships quickly in a smaller environment and communicate effectively, as they will be working closely with IT directors & managers, and business and administration (key users). They will also need to be a "go getter" in terms of chasing down the right people post meetings to ensure that tasks are fulfilled within super tight dealines (the developers have had to wait in the past which effects their jobs/timelines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
