Business Analyst/Project Manager

Description

TXNM Energy needs 1 mid-senior level BA/PM resources who can support cybersecurity + infrastructure initiatives while helping scale and evolve an established but actively maturing PMO environment.

LOCATIONS- HYBRID 3 DAYS ON SITE LEWISVILLE TX

Its officially hybrid but they strongly prefer someone whos local and willing to be onsite regularly as they continue building out the PMO and driving these initiatives.

What Theyre Looking For (Top Priorities)

Hybrid Project Management + Business Analysis Skillset

Able to lead and support execution of projects while also handling requirements and stakeholder alignment

Comfortable wearing both hats depending on the project needs not strictly one or the other

Execution in a Structured but Evolving Environment

Experience working within a defined PMO, but also adaptable to changing processes, tools, and priorities

Able to operate in ambiguity while still maintaining structure and forward progress

Support of Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Initiatives

Exposure to technical environments where priorities can shift quickly

Understands how to work with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams, even without deep technical expertise

PMO Build + Maturation

Experience contributing to PMO processes, reporting, and governance

Helps bring consistency and structure while the organization continues to evolve

What Theyll Be Doing

Support and help lead execution of cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives

Gather and clarify business and technical requirements as needed

Coordinate across business, IT, and cybersecurity teams to keep projects moving forward

Manage and support:

Project tracking and timelines

Status reporting and stakeholder communication

Risk and issue tracking

Contribute to building structure around:

Documentation

Reporting

PMO processes and governance standards

What This Role Is NOT

Not a pure Business Analyst role

Not just documentation or requirements gathering

Not a purely traditional by-the-book PM role

This is a hands-on, hybrid BA/PM role supporting execution within a structured yet evolving PMO, where resources must be comfortable balancing process discipline with flexibility in a fast-moving environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
