Responsabilités principales

• Être l'interface privilégiée entre les équipes métiers et techniques

• Comprendre, analyser et formaliser les besoins clients

• Concevoir des architectures fonctionnelles adaptées

• Animer des ateliers métiers (workshops, cadrage, design)

• Réaliser des analyses Fit & Gap

• Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques et les solutions optimisées

• Évaluer la faisabilité et estimer les charges

• Contribuer aux réponses à appels d'offres

Compétences clés

• Excellente vision fonctionnelle PLM ou MES

• Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse

Functional Consultant

Responsabilités principales

• Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et user stories

• Participer à la conception des solutions

• Définir les plans de test et organiser les campagnes associées

• Exécuter les tests fonctionnels et accompagner les recettes

• Réaliser les démonstrations clients et les formations utilisateurs

• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus

Compétences clés

• Rigueur et sens du détail

• Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles

• Bonne compréhension des processus industriels et manufacturing

• Esprit analytique et sens du service

Technical Leader

Responsabilités principales

• Définir et piloter les architectures techniques

• Rédiger les dossiers d'architecture et spécifications techniques

• Superviser les développements et garantir leur qualité

• Estimer les charges techniques et anticiper les risques

• Encadrer et accompagner les équipes de développement

• Garantir la cohérence, la performance, la sécurité et l'évolutivité des solutions

Compétences clés

• Expertise technique approfondie sur 3DEXPERIENCE ou APRISO

• Leadership technique et mentoring

• Vision architecture et capacité d'arbitrage

• Bonne maîtrise des pratiques DevOps et CI/CD

Developer

Responsabilités principales

• Réaliser les développements et paramétrages

• Implémenter les solutions à partir des spécifications

• Effectuer les tests unitaires

• Participer à la maintenance corrective et évolutive

• Gérer la configuration logicielle (Git, CI/CD)

• Préparer les livrables et packages de déploiement

Compétences clés

• Solides bases techniques (Java, JavaScript, scripting...)

• Connaissance des frameworks 3DEXPERIENCE ou APRISO

• Autonomie et rigueur

• Esprit d'équipe et capacité d'apprentissage

Business Analyst / Solution Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between business and technical teams

• Gather, analyze, and formalize customer requirements

• Design functional solution architectures

• Facilitate business workshops and design sessions

• Conduct Fit & Gap analyses

• Promote best practices and optimized solutions

• Assess feasibility and estimate project effort

• Contribute to RFP and proposal activities

Key Skills

• Strong functional understanding of PLM and/or MES environments

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset with value-driven thinking

• Leadership and influencing capabilities

Functional Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Prepare functional specifications and user stories

• Participate in solution design activities

• Define test plans and organize testing campaigns

• Execute functional testing and support UAT phases

Key Skills
