Role Description The Business Consultant – MS Dynamics 365 CRM is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves analyzing customer business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and configurations. The consultant collaborates with stakeholders to design business workflows, conduct gap analyses, and recommend improvements aligned with best practices. Daily responsibilities include leading workshops and presentations, preparing functional documentation, supporting implementation and integration activities, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery. The role also includes user training, post-implementation support, and ongoing optimization to maximize business value from Dynamics 365 CRM.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess business processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven CRM solutions.
- Demonstrated Consulting and Management Consulting experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in CRM or business transformation projects.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, present complex concepts clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Finance and related business domains to understand customer requirements in areas such as sales, customer service, and revenue management.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configurations, customizations, and integrations) or similar CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to document requirements, create functional specifications, and support testing and user acceptance activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or CRM consulting are an advantage.
- Ability to work in hybrid settings, manage multiple engagements, and adapt to fast-paced, client-driven environments.
