Job Description Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Application Developer Experience: 7–10 Years Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview At Ralliant, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Application Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise-grade CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM platform, PL/SQL development, SSRS reporting, and enterprise application customization. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities and skills required Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE applications. Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom workflow activities, and integrations using C#, and .NET technologies. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules including: Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service (preferred) Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Participate in technical design discussions and provide scalable solution recommendations. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges. Mandatory Technical Skills Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Technologies Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE C# .NET Framework / .NET Core REST APIs Dataverse CRM customization and configuration Experience with: Plugins Workflows Business Rules Ribbon customizations Solution management PL/SQL & Database Skills Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL development. Stored Procedures Packages Functions Triggers Complex SQL queries Reporting Skills Strong experience in developing and supporting: SSRS Reports Data-driven reports SQL-based reporting solutions Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Azure Integration Services such as: Azure Functions Logic Apps Azure Service Bus Azure API Management Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure technologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Exposure to enterprise-scale CRM transformation or support programs. Experience in application security and performance optimization. Experience with multi-region or global CRM implementations. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or Copilot capabilities. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
