Windows Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade desktop and web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring application performance, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust Windows and web-based applications using modern full stack technologies. Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards. Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components, APIs, and database integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to development standards and security guidelines. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues in a timely manner. Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Support software testing activities by reviewing test cases, validating functionality, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. Work closely with QA teams to identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to application enhancements, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities. Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core. Experience with Windows application development using WPF, WinForms, or UWP. Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database development Experience with source control systems such as Git. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
