Tasks: Manage and coordinate the Vice President’s calendar Organize internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, workshops Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries Maintain effective communication with direct reports, business units, customers, and executive leadership teams Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion Plan, organize, and coordinate management meetings, leadership conferences, workshops, and business reviews. Prepare agendas, presentation materials, briefing documents, and decision papers Document meeting outcomes, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities Maintain filing systems, SharePoint sites, collaboration spaces, and management documentation Ensure high-quality standards for executive documents and presentations Very good English language skills, both written and spoken German is a nice to have Project Management Analytical Thinking Strategic Thinking Agile Mindset Flexibility and Adaptability Coordination Microsoft Office 3 * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
