Business Change Lead

Dublin / Limerick / Galway | Hybrid | Competitive Package

Shape how a growing international engineering business delivers change.

An established engineering group is hiring a Business Change Lead to join its growing change management team. This newly created position will help operational and project teams adopt new systems, processes and ways of working as the business expands internationally.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and teams across Operations, HR and Digital/IT, taking ownership of the people side of change from initial planning through to sustained adoption.

The opportunity

  • Make your mark in a newly created role, with scope to shape how change happens across the business.
  • Join a growing change team early and help build its approach, tools and influence.
  • Support international expansion across major European markets.
  • Work directly with senior leaders, influencing decisions that affect around 2,000 employees.
  • See the impact of your work across complex engineering projects in data centres, pharmaceuticals and energy.

Your experience

  • At least 5 years experience in a dedicated business change management role.
  • Practical experience applying structured methodologies such as ADKAR.
  • A relevant qualification in change management, organisational behaviour or a related discipline.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and engaging direct, demanding operational teams.
  • Experience delivering communications, training and engagement plans, with evidence of successful adoption.

You may currently be a Business Change Manager, Change Lead or Organisational Change Manager. Engineering or construction experience is strongly preferred, although relevant experience from other industries will be considered.

Package & location

  • Permanent position based in Dublin, Limerick or Galway.
  • Hybrid working: typically three days onsite or travelling and two at home once established.
  • Greater onsite attendance during onboarding, with occasional travel between offices.
  • Healthcare and pension contribution matching up to 5%.
  • Opportunity to help shape a developing function within a growing international business.

Applicants must have existing permission to work in Ireland without employer sponsorship.
