  • Provide governance, oversight and quality assurance of training plans and deliverables developed by third-party suppliers.
  • Monitor adoption and change outcomes, identifying risks and implementing actions to maximise uptake and benefits realisation.
  • Provide business change expertise and advice to programme, business and technology stakeholders.

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience, typically 8+ years, delivering business change and transformation initiatives within large, complex organisations.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing change management strategies, rollout approaches and adoption plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, business stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Experience leading business readiness, adoption and implementation activities for technology-enabled change programmes.
  • Experience designing and delivering communications, engagement and awareness activities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, suppliers and third parties to deliver change, communications, learning and adoption outcomes.
  • Ability to monitor adoption outcomes, identify risks and issues, and implement actions to maximise benefits realisation.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within financial services, government, regulatory bodies or similarly complex organisations.
  • Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions, including Generative AI and/or Agentic AI.
  • Experience working with product-based technology delivery teams and agile delivery approaches.
  • Familiarity with benefits management and measuring adoption and business value from digital transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in Change Management such as Prosci, APMG Change Management, MSP or similar.
