What your day will look like
In this role, you will typically focus on:

- Prepare financial plans and rolling forecasts with the Finance Business Partners, upload the data into our financial planning software (Jedox), and support projects with data requests.
- Support Group R&A with inventory accounting, including reconciliation, stock difference analysis and aging analysis.
- Analyze purchase price variance (PPV) and purchase orders, and give insights into maintenance costs using BI reporting on spare parts usage.
- Monitor CAPEX and fixed assets with the Asset Accounting team, and provide input for the capitalization of assets.
- Keep the Reporting & Analytics CoE Solution Lead updated on progress and risks, and identify ways to extend and streamline the business controlling process.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business controlling or FP&A.
- A strong understanding of financial and management reporting and controlling activities, combined with strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with financial forecasting software and ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA), and strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- It is an advantage if you have an MBA, CMA or CPA, experience with consolidation and planning tools such as IBM Cognos and Jedox, or experience from a Shared Service Center or multinational environment.
