Title: HR Systems & Business Data Analyst

Location: Södertälje, Sweden (Hybrid Working)

Contract Period: October 26, 2026 – April 23, 2027 (6 Months, Renewable)

Workload: 100% Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an HR Systems & Business Data Analyst to support the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise HR systems, data governance, and analytics solutions within global R&D operations in Södertälje.

In this role, you will bridge HR business requirements and enterprise IT, validating HR data quality, building business dashboards, and supporting functional enhancements across SAP-based HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Governance & Quality: Manage and validate enterprise HR datasets to ensure data integrity, consistency, and transparency.
• Analytics & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain operational HR reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
• System Enhancement: Translate HR business needs into functional system specifications, supporting system testing, release cycles, and tool automation.
• User Enablement: Provide functional support, guidance documentation, and process optimization for global HR stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in HR IT, Data Analytics, BI, Data Governance, or Enterprise Reporting.
• Technical Skills: Solid command of SQL and Advanced Excel.
• Enterprise HR Systems: Exposure to SAP-based HR applications or analytics solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, Datasphere, SAC). Deep ABAP configuration is not required.
• Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with Power BI, Python, or automation tools (Power Automate / AI-assisted reporting).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; structured, collaborative, and analytical mindset.
