We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join a project for one of our clients.

Contract Type: Permanent Contract | 08:00-09:30 /17:00-18:30 | Hybrid working model

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Create reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Use SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree completed
• English advanced
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience of SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
