Role We are looking for a European-based Business Data Associate who will support our data team, customer success and internal product development. The initial role will entail learning back-end data processes focused on data entry, data cleanliness, and locating new process improvement opportunities. You will also gain experience with the LevPro front-end system (Research Management, Trading Tools, Portfolio Management, Compliance) in a client-facing role. Here you will assist clients with navigating and configuring the software, answering product and implementation related questions, defining requirements and soliciting feedback. Down the road, we envision you growing into a multi-tool player, with a complete front and back-end understanding of the product, who would contribute to building and maintaining client relationships to increase business revenue potential. LevPro, now part of Octus, is a modern operating system for leveraged credit asset managers, founded to modernize a $1.5 trillion finance sector where highly skilled professionals still populate spreadsheets from unstructured emails, manually match names to identifiers, and work off text documents. We use artificial intelligence (and a little magic) to solve a number of data, nomenclature, and workflow problems that have plagued this industry, resulting in a massively improved user experience. Our single code base allows us to iterate at a rapid pace, which also results in industry-leading customer response times. Our platform has enjoyed strong adoption across the Alternative Asset industry, with many of our clients transitioning away from the legacy software they've been using for years. We're looking to bolster our talented team with the addition of key strategic hires to support growth.
