CTG is seeking to fill a Business Data Consultant opening for our client.

Location: RemoteDuration: 12 months

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement data management and data governance practices within assigned business units.

• Partner with business and technology teams on data quality, metadata, critical data elements, reporting, analytics, and issue management.

• Monitor data governance compliance, data quality, KPIs/KRIs, and data risk.

• Facilitate data management working groups and cross-functional initiatives.

• Identify and remediate data issues and escalate risks when appropriate.

• Analyze large data sets to generate business insights and support business decisions.

• Provide training and guidance on data management, business intelligence, and analytics tools.

• Support enterprise data management, regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Support Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Project Management initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement enterprise data management standards and processes.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams and working groups and coordinate activities across business and technology teams.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of combined education/work experience including 5+ years relevant experience.

• Experience with Data Governance, Data Management, SQL, and Amperity.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, data visualization, and financial models.

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Amperity experience strongly preferred.

• Marketing campaign experience.

• Master's degree and 8+ years of professional experience.

• Knowledge of data management, process improvement, business process management, and business workflows.

• Banking industry experience is a plus.

• Experience with project and presentation software.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.06 - $71.76/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
