You’re not starting from scratch. There are established systems, training, mentorship and a global professional community already in place.

What You’ll Be Doing

CONNECT

Connect with people. Build relationships. Have genuine conversations with individuals who are exploring their own personal and professional growth and thinking about what they want next.

COMMUNICATE

Listen to where people are now and where they want to go. Share information, answer questions and guide suitable individuals through an established discovery and follow-up process.

GROW

And while you’re helping others explore what’s possible, you’ll continue growing too.

You’ll develop your own mindset, communication and leadership while learning and applying established marketing and business systems to create your own results.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for professionals with 8+ years of experience in business development, client relations, account management, sales, customer success, consulting, relationship management or other people-focused professional environments.

You don’t need experience in personal development or leadership education.

What matters more is that you connect naturally with people, communicate confidently, know how to build trust and are comfortable taking responsibility for your own outcomes.

You’ll also need to be self-directed, comfortable communicating by phone and Zoom, and able to dedicate approximately 15–20 focused hours per week.

A laptop, reliable internet connection and strong English communication skills are required.

Structure & Independence

This is a self-employed, performance-based structure rather than a traditional salaried employment position. You’ll work independently within an established business framework, with flexibility around when and where you work.
