Job Summary The Country Lead – LATAM Growth is responsible for developing and executing MGBI’s growth strategy across priority Latin American markets. The role focuses on building a sustainable, multi-year pipeline that drives incremental patient volume, revenue, and margin expansion. As the in-region representative, this position strengthens MGBI’s market presence by establishing and managing relationships with payers, insurers, employers, brokers, alumni networks, and other customer segmentations. The role is accountable for expanding referral pathways, identifying and evaluating new market entry opportunities, expanding advisory partnership opportunities, and prioritizing growth initiatives aligned with financial performance objectives. Essential Functions -Strategy and Business Planning: Lead the development and execution of country-specific business development plans to grow MGBI’s businesses. Serve as the institutional expert on market(s). Develop and manage a rolling outreach and engagement calendar, including regular in-region visits by MGB leadership and key international stakeholders. -Lead the development and execution of country‑specific business development plans and serve as the institutional market expert. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, payers, brokers, and international partners. -Drive strategic outreach and partnership growth, including referral network expansion and targeted engagement with decision‑makers. -Translate clinical innovations and service line developments into actionable market strategies and compelling communication for external audiences. -Collaborate closely with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Payer Relations, Marketing, Advisory, TP) to align strategy, messaging, and partnership execution. -Establish structured feedback loops with clinical stakeholders to refine engagement strategies and strengthen internal collaboration. -Leverage CRM and data insights to track performance, analyze trends, manage risks, and ensure business development objectives are met. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field of study required Experience 5+ years of experience in healthcare communications, strategic outreach, or a related healthcare business development role required 1+ years of experience in a large hospital system, academic medical center, or complex care environment. Familiarity with customer service or hospitality standards in healthcare preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of healthcare systems, referral patterns, and clinical service lines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate clinical and administrative settings. Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and foster strong, collaborative relationships across clinical, operational, and strategic departments. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across multidisciplinary teams. Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM tools.
