I'm currently partnering with an established life science consulting firm that is looking to appoint a Business Development Director to support its continued growth across Europe.

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy working with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across drug development, helping organisations solve complex scientific and regulatory challenges.

What they're looking for:

• Proven business development experience within Life Science Consulting or a CRO environment.
• A strong track record of winning new business and developing strategic client relationships.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex scientific and commercial challenges.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across pharma and biotech.
• Minimum Master's degree.
