Gather and communicate market trends, customer feedback, product requirements, and end-user insights to internal stakeholders. Ensure all client interactions and industry appearances align with Electro-Voice Dynacord business objectives and professional standards. Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the sales process from initial relationship development through needs analysis, strategic account planning, product demonstrations, solution specification, proposal development, and project close. Coordinate internal and external resources—including SDMs, KAMs, Product Management, and partners—to advance and close opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales teams to support bids, installations, and strategic partner engagement. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree highly desired; Bachelor’s degree preferred in a technical field, marketing, management, or related discipline. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with professional audio products, including customer-facing responsibilities, preferably at the manufacturer level. Five (5) or more years of relevant experience preferred. Industry affiliations and certifications are strongly preferred. Required Competencies: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation and customer engagement abilities. Ability to establish trust, credibility, and lasting professional relationships. Consistent and dependable in both actions and communication. Resourceful, action-oriented, and persistent in overcoming challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required Abilities: Ability to work onsite in Burnsville, MN; this is a hybrid work environment with the expectation of being onsite a minimum of three (3) days/week, sometimes more dependent on business need. Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods while working at a computer, with regular opportunities to move or change position. Requires visual acuity to view a computer monitor and read documents, as well as the ability to communicate clearly in person and through digital platforms. Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a typical office environment with standard noise levels and ergonomic equipment. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geographic region (approximately 50%+ travel required). The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-160,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made, to the extent they do not pose an undue hardship, to enable qualified individuals with covered disabilities to perform essential functions. Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available. All of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. At Keenfinity we don’t just build innovative solutions — we shape a smarter, more connected world through technology.
