About Jugo:
FOR THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER
Every sales call, keynote and launch has points where the outcome turns on how someone takes the stage. The reveal. The objection. The ask. Get them right and the audience leans in: the deal moves, the launch sticks, the belief takes hold. Jugo is built to drive impact during the moments that matter.
We started by producing live, studio-quality experiences for leading global brands at their biggest launches and events. Now we’ve built tech that brings this experience to everyday Zoom and Teams calls for the first time. A salesperson on a proposal call or a CEO in a board call can present in a fully built, branded world from wherever they are. Proprietary GPU rendering handles the lighting, vision mixing and presence. Jugo Intelligence reads attention, sentiment and intent as it happens, so the people using it can make sure every moment lands with the audience.
Studio-grade digital production used to be reserved for the big stage. We’re making it part of every call. Early adopters go live this October, and full launch follows in January. Join now and you’ll help shape both: making more of our customers’ big moments land with impact.
Rise to the moment.
The Role: Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll open doors for Jugo with the sales, marketing and leadership teams who have the most riding on their calls and events. You’ll find and qualify new opportunities, run the full sales process, and show prospects what it feels like when a moment lands.
You’ll join as our early adopters go live this October and we head towards full launch in January. It’s a chance to build pipeline from day one, sell a product that proves itself in the demo, and grow your career as Jugo scales.
New Business & Prospecting:
- Prospect into new organisations through targeted outbound, events and referrals, building a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Develop your territory and pipeline strategy, focusing on the teams with the most riding on their calls and events
- Qualify inbound interest quickly and turn it into real opportunities
Running the Sales Process:
- Manage the full sales process, from first conversation to close, against clear performance metrics
- Use value-based selling to understand each prospect’s moments that matter and position Jugo around them
- Deliver demos in Jugo itself, so prospects experience a fully built, branded world first-hand
- Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
Product & Market Knowledge:
- Build deep knowledge of Jugo, including Jugo Intelligence and how it works in Zoom and Teams
- Bring domain and vertical expertise to shape solutions that keep customers engaged over the long term
- Share customer and market insight with Product and Marketing ahead of full launch in January
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced sales role, ideally in technology or software
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and real drive to succeed
- Communicate clearly and present with confidence: you know how to take the stage yourself
- Can understand a client’s business challenges and consult on solutions that fit
- Can prospect into and manage C-level and senior relationships
- Have a track record of building excellent client relationships
What Success Looks Like:
- Monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets met or exceeded
- A healthy, well-qualified pipeline built through consistent prospecting
- Strong conversion from first meeting to demo to close
- New customers landed and handed over to Customer Success set up for long-term success
- Clean CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
What We Offer:
- £50,000 – £70,000 base salary + uncapped commission [OTE to confirm]
- Ongoing training and career development support from our leadership team
- Exceptional career progression, with no artificial limits on how fast you grow
- Hybrid working with access to our Bristol HQ
- 25 days holiday + public holidays
- A chance to help shape Jugo through early adoption and into full launch
Why This Role Matters:
Our customers buy Jugo for the moments that matter, and every great customer relationship starts with a first conversation. You’ll be the one starting them, bringing new brands onto the platform as we launch and showing them what it looks like when every call lands with impact.
If you’re ready to open the doors that take Jugo to new customers, we’d love to hear from you.
