About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Business Development Executive I. The successful candidate must be willing to spend 50% or more of their time in the field, engaging with customers and vendors. As a Business Development Executive I, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships, both on the vendor and customer side. You will travel extensively to conduct face-to-face meetings with our target account base. What You’ll Do Delivers sales results for TD SYNNEX by both organically growing business within their assigned focus customers and in successfully entry level sales proposals Creating reports and presentations and delivering group and management presentations at customer sites. Executing against vendor initiatives and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned vendor's brand, technology solutions, and program offerings for our customers. Identifying and creating opportunity demand for products, coordinating seminars, training, and resource awareness for assigned customers to drive growth. Performing analysis and reporting results of various program impact for identified customers, communicating success, issues, and future growth plan strategies to the Account Manager. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, technology, and customers in the assigned supplier product market. Building and nurturing field vendor relationships. Collaborating with the sales organization as a vendor SME and providing value-added solutions to drive sales growth. Frequent regional travel. Candidates must have reliable access to personal transportation and be able to self‑drive to client locations, including same‑day trips of 3+ hours one way. Rideshare/on‑demand services are not acceptable for business travel in this role. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of sales experience preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Thorough knowledge of solutions and assigned products. Ability to deliver strategic vendor solutions and identify new partners. Established relationships with key vendor contacts. Proficient in communication, negotiation, and collaboration. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. Comfortable with technology and basic office tasks. Willingness to travel and occasionally work non-standard hours. Remote/work-from-home capability. Pay Transparency Fulfillment Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. Qualified candidates can expect a combined salary and incentive package beginning at $88,000 CAD or more depending on experience and qualifications. Mettre en œuvre les initiatives des fournisseurs et agir comme expert(e) de la marque, des solutions technologiques et des offres de programmes du fournisseur assigné auprès de nos clients. Repérer et générer la demande pour les produits; coordonner des séminaires, des formations et la sensibilisation aux ressources auprès des clients assignés afin de stimuler la croissance. Réaliser des analyses et rendre compte des résultats liés à l’impact de divers programmes pour les clients ciblés; communiquer les réussites, les enjeux et les stratégies de croissance future au ou à la gestionnaire de comptes. Maintenir une connaissance à jour des produits, des concurrentes et concurrents, des technologies et des clients dans le marché des produits du fournisseur assigné. Établir et entretenir des relations sur le terrain avec les fournisseurs. Collaborer avec l’organisation des ventes en tant qu’expert(e) fournisseur et proposer des solutions à valeur ajoutée pour favoriser la croissance des ventes. Profil recherché De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en ventes (atout). Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente exigé(e). Connaissance approfondie des solutions et des produits assignés. Capacité à proposer des solutions stratégiques de fournisseurs et à identifier de nouveaux partenaires. Relations établies avec des interlocutrices et interlocuteurs clés chez les fournisseurs. Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation et collaboration. Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps. Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. Aisance avec les technologies et les tâches de bureau courantes. Volonté de voyager et de travailler à l’occasion en dehors de l’horaire habituel. Poste comporte des déplacements régionaux fréquents. Les candidats doivent avoir un accès fiable à un moyen de transport personnel et être en mesure de conduire eux-mêmes pour se rendre chez les clients, y compris des trajets aller simple de 3 heures ou plus effectués dans la même journée. Les services de transport à la demande (p. ex., Uber ou Lyft) ne sont pas acceptables pour les déplacements professionnels dans le cadre de ce poste. Capacité de travailler à distance/en télétravail. Transparence salariale La rémunération annuelle proposée dépendra de plusieurs facteurs, notamment l’expérience de travail, la formation ainsi que les compétences et réalisations, et sera convenue mutuellement au moment de l’offre. Les personnes qualifiées peuvent s’attendre à un ensemble combinant salaire et incitatifs à partir de 88 000 $ CA, ou davantage selon l’expérience et les qualifications.
