Business Development Executive (Night Shift & Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented business development representative to join our company. In this role, you will engage with assigned prospects and existing sales opportunities through phone and email, understand their business needs, communicate the value of our services, and guide qualified prospects toward the next stage of the sales process. This role requires strong communication, confidence in sales conversations, and the ability to work independently. Night shift availability is required to align with Western business hours. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to assigned prospects and engage them in professional sales conversations. Understand prospect needs and recommend relevant company services. Explain service offerings, benefits, pricing, and value clearly and confidently. Handle prospect questions, concerns, and objections effectively. Qualify prospects based on their needs, interest, and readiness to proceed. Manage assigned prospects through timely follow-ups and communication. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Schedule meetings or transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects throughout the sales process. Meet daily/weekly sales activity targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Fluent English communication skills. Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to identify customer needs and communicate relevant solutions. Experience in B2B sales is preferred. Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail when maintaining CRM records and sales information. Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable results. Ability to remain professional and composed when handling rejection or difficult conversations.
