Responsibilities
- Working closely with the assigned staff member to build a portfolio of advertisers by Identifying and researching potential clients.
- Promote OPTIMA services to potential clients and acquire new clients.
- Respond to client’s needs and resolve issues to meet the client’s satisfaction.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
