Business Development Lead - Remote (US Based) Help shape how the world’s leading companies develop great leaders. We’ve created over 1,700 video-based lessons that feature more F500 execs, Ivy League academics, and best-selling authors than any other leadership solution on the market. What you’ll do Open doors at iconic companies – Run creative, thoughtful outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and phone) to book sales meetings with senior executives. Learn how consultative selling works – Research companies, identify the right stakeholders, and build tailored outbound strategies – not spammy email blasts. Work closely with experienced sales leaders – Collaborate with a sales director and leadership to get coaching and see how deals move through a sales pipeline.
