AI products are in upheaval. Everyone is betting on the next tool. We're betting on people.
Burnham is the trusted AI team inside organizations. We teach, educate and set strategy with the owners, and keep working alongside their people, month after month, as the tools keep changing. Tools come and go; a team that knows your business doesn't. It's the forward-deployed model of the top AI companies, with a little less of the hype and a little more reality.
Burnham is a new business. It runs AI programs for two companies in Chile and is signing its first client in Chicago. burnham.andespath.com

Andes Path is the established firm behind it: about 30 engineers, designers and program leads, millions in annual revenue, and deep expertise in physical AI, the software that runs real robots in real factories. andespath.com
Tired of tech? This is the other side: inside real firms working on their AI strategy, not endlessly debating application layer moats. We're not VC-backed and not promising to change the world overnight. We're experts who love the work.

Who we serve.
Law firms first: their people aren't technical, nobody inside owns AI, and they already pay monthly for trusted outside expertise.
Financial companies are a natural second, from our work in Chile.
Most clients have 50 to 500 people. Beyond that the map is open, because in services the strategy is relationships and great work.

What You’ll Do
- Own the pipeline: Work the warm introductions from our network and partners, and find new organizations through your own outreach, starting with law firms and financial companies, where we already have proof. That includes cold calls and emails every week, aimed at firms with a reason to talk now.
- Run the first conversations: Find out what a firm has bought, who owns AI and what's stuck, and decide whether it's worth pursuing.
- Keep deals moving: Bring in our co-founder and strategists at the right moments and keep each deal on track until it's ready to sign.
- Help host the room: Small dinners and talks for owners and leadership teams across Chicago. You make sure the right people are there and follow up.
- Grow into closing: As you learn the work, you'll start closing deals yourself.
Our team in Chile supports you with research and CRM upkeep, so your time goes to people.
What We’re Looking For
- 4 to 8 years selling B2B services or solutions to owners, COOs or CFOs, ideally mid-market and across more than one industry. A founding AE, consulting or professional services business development, IT services sales, or relationship banking can all fit.
- A Chicago network you can draw on. We're not hiring you for your contacts, but they help.
- Consultative. You ask good questions, you listen, and you're at ease with managing partners and CEOs.
- You use AI every day and know its pitfalls as well as its strengths, and you can say both plainly. We're enthusiasts, not evangelists.
- Organized. You follow through without being chased.
- You want to own a number, build something, and close.
Nice to have: experience selling to professional firms or financial services; selling a service rather than a product; Spanish.
