What You'll Do

As a Business Development & Learning Solutions Consultant, you will combine your commercial mindset with a consultative approach to identify client needs and translate them into tailored learning and development solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understanding clients' business objectives, talent challenges, and capability development needs.
• Designing and presenting customized learning solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborating with internal experts to create innovative and value-driven learning experiences.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on learning, talent, and workforce development initiatives.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Business Development, Consultative Sales, Learning & Development, eLearning, HR Solutions, or Talent Solutions.
• Strong ability to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving growth and revenue targets.
• Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and influencing decision-makers.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering client value.
