French Sales Specialist - Remote in Portugal

We're looking for French-speaking Customer Consultants to join a Retention Team for one of the biggest names in European telecommunications- fully remote from Portugal.

No cold calls. No door-to-door. Just real conversations with real customers, where your job is to listen, solve, and make them stay.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of a retention team , meaning customers come to you. Your mission is to understand why they want to leave, offer the right solution, and turn a potential cancellation into a positive experience. You'll also spot opportunities to recommend services that genuinely add value.

• Handle inbound calls in French from customers considering cancellation
• Find solutions, offer alternatives, and build loyalty
• Advise on products, promotions, and exclusive offers
• Upsell and cross-sell where it makes sense
• Hit quality and performance targets
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent French (mandatory) + good English
• At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or retention
• Good communicator, solution-oriented, calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with basic computer tools
  
  

The package

• Base salary €920 gross/month
• Performance bonus up to €360 gross/month
• Language allowance (FR + EN) €250 gross/month
• Meal allowance €10.20 net/day
• Assiduity allowance €110 gross/month
• Flex work allowance €60 net/month
  
  

Schedule Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 07h–18h. Weekends always off.
