What You'll Be Doing:

• Identifying and developing new BESS and renewable energy opportunities across Italy
• Building strategic relationships with developers, utilities, EPCs, investors, landowners, and key industry stakeholders
• Sourcing, assessing, and progressing project opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions
• Leading commercial negotiations and structuring agreements with customers and partners
• Supporting market analysis, investment cases, and business growth strategies
• Collaborating closely with technical, engineering, and project delivery teams throughout development phases
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• Proven business development experience within renewable energy, with BESS experience highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of the Italian energy market and regulatory landscape
• An established network across the renewable energy ecosystem (developers, utilities, investors, EPCs, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously
• Fluent Italian and strong English communication skills
