Engineering Thermoplastics & Specialty Compounds
Location: Europe (Home-Based)

EPM Scientific have partnered exclusively with a leading European manufacturer of engineering thermoplastics and specialty compounds, supplying innovative material solutions to customers across automotive, electrical & electronics, industrial and consumer markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to lead business development and strategic account growth across Europe, while working closely with senior leadership and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth through new business development across Europe.
• Manage and develop key strategic customer relationships.
• Identify new opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1s, moulders, processors and distributors.
• Lead technically complex sales projects and customer developments.
• Work closely with Technical Service, R&D and Product Management teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new application opportunities.
• Support forecasting, business planning and commercial strategy execution.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales or key account management.
• Background within engineering thermoplastics, technical compounds, polymers, masterbatch, additives or specialty chemicals.
• Strong track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts.
• Experience operating across multiple European markets.
• Commercially driven with a strong hunter mentality.
• Fluent English required. German, Italian, French or Spanish would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
