At UBE Corporation Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Manager - CASE Markets to drive the growth of our business within the Coatings and Polyurethanes markets across Europe.
We are seeking a professional who combines strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset, capable of building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and leading strategic projects with international impact.

How will your day-to-day look?
You will play a key role in driving growth across strategic markets while working in a highly international environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
✅ Develop and manage customer relationships within the Coatings and Polyurethane markets.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial development activities across assigned territories.
✅ Provide both technical and commercial support to customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
✅ Work closely with Technical Service, Product Management, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
✅ Lead customer projects from the initial evaluation phase through to industrial implementation.
✅ Monitor market trends, applications and competitive developments within the CASE industry.
✅ Support sales forecasting, market analysis and CRM activities.
✅ Contribute to the expansion and positioning of UBE in key European growth markets.
✅ Maintain regular interaction with international customers and cross-functional global teams.
What are we looking for?
Education
🎓 Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.
Experience
✔ Proven experience within the Coatings and Polyurethane markets.
✔ Strong combination of technical expertise and commercial responsibility.
✔ Experience managing customers and business development activities in France and the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
✔ Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
✔ Previous experience within the chemical industry or CASE-related sectors will be highly valued.
Languages
🌍 French C1 level (mandatory).
🌍 English C1 level.
🌍 German B2-C1 level (preferred).
Tools
💻 CRM tools.
💻 Microsoft Office.
💻 Experience with sales forecasting and market analysis tools is an advantage.
