Business Development Manager (Remote)

WEST MATTERHORN is an international logistics company specializing in multimodal transportation of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and specialized equipment worldwide.

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and acquire strategic B2B clients across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and expand the company’s international client portfolio.

* Identify and acquire new B2B customers and strategic partners.

* Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.

* Research and develop new markets and business opportunities.

* Conduct negotiations with international customers and partners.

* Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Requirements

* Fluent Polish, English, and Russian (all three languages are mandatory).

* Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Trade, or Logistics is an advantage.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

* Ability to work independently and proactively identify new business opportunities.

* Results-driven mindset and excellent organizational skills.
