Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our growth.

In this role, you will be generating leads you'll be the driving force behind closing deals, building strategic relationships, and scaling our revenue.

Because our sales pipeline moves fast, we need a proactive communicator who thrives on quick turnarounds, seamless client management, and maintaining an exceptionally high closing rate.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and hustle new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

Deal Closing: Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and consistently close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

Rapid Response: Manage incoming leads with urgency, ensuring zero delays in communication and client follow-ups.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Market Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to continuously refine our sales approach.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of proven success as a BDM, Account Executive, or similar sales role

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you know how to command a room and write a compelling pitch.

Speed & Agility: A self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency and can manage a fast-moving sales cycle without letting things drop.

Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of handling objections and closing high-value deals.

Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
