We turn data into revenue. We build the dashboards and AI systems our clients run their decisions on, we tell them what the numbers mean and what to do about them, and we run the marketing that grows them. Most firms do one of those three. Doing all three is the point, because they feed each other.

A very small team in Malta, working across iGaming, technology, financial services, hospitality, retail and property. Everything runs on AI, not as a talking point, as the way the work actually gets done.

LOOKING FOR

Someone who opens doors and closes them. You bring the network, and you decide where to point it. What we build works for any industry that runs on data, which is all of them, so the territory follows your relationships rather than a plan we wrote without you.

You sell all three of our lines: the data and AI systems, the strategy, and the marketing. Whichever one the buyer needs is the way in, and the other two follow. Private sector, Malta and international.

• The territory. You choose it, you build the target list, you work it

• Researched outbound, not sprayed. We supply the signals

• The full cycle: first meeting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close

• Conferences worked properly, with meetings booked before you land

• An honest pipeline, because a forecast we cannot trust is worse than none

WHO YOU ARE

• An owner. You build the territory and you work it

• A live network you are willing to use, and a clear view of where it is worth the most

• You have sold services, not licences, to commercial buyers

• Credible with a COO, a CFO or a Head of Data without a technical person in the room

• Comfortable being measured on closed revenue

YOU GET DIRECTION. THE PLAN IS YOURS.

You would be one of the first hires this company has made, building the function rather than inheriting one. You get a clear direction from the CEO: what the business needs, what our clients need, and where it is going. Everything after that is yours to design, from the roadmap to the execution. You will not be chased or monitored. We ask for real results instead, reported honestly.

You get two live demo products, case studies, a price card and a marketing engine running alongside you. Delivery capacity is effectively unlimited through our partners, so nothing you sell fails to get built.

HOW WE WORK

Startup mentality, small team, real ownership, no politics. We focus on delivery and output: meetings exist to get something done, never to fill a calendar. Office being built, hybrid or remote, we genuinely do not mind. AI-first and we mean it: the company runs on Claude.

COMPENSATION

We have not put a number on the base and we would rather you did. Tell us the number and why. On top of it:

• 5% of our revenue on every deal you land, paid on cash collected, uncapped

• 10% on everything above €250,000 landed in a year
