We turn data into revenue. We build the dashboards and AI systems our clients run their decisions on, we tell them what the numbers mean and what to do about them, and we run the marketing that grows them. Most firms do one of those three. Doing all three is the point, because they feed each other.

A very small team in Malta, working across iGaming, technology, financial services, hospitality, retail and property. Everything runs on AI, not as a talking point, as the way the work actually gets done.

LOOKING FOR

A right hand, not a diary manager. You take the running of the business off the founder's desk: his time, the chasing, the money in and out, the suppliers, the documents, the office being built, and the projects across our verticals. If something is slipping, you notice first.

The work splits three ways and most weeks touch all three: 110 Analytics itself, the brands and products we run in partnership with others, and the clients we deliver for.

WHAT YOU OWN

• The founder's inbox, calendar and travel, and screening what reaches him at all

• Drafting with Claude: proposals, quotes, client emails, meeting notes, pre-meeting research

• Chasing, which is most of the value in this role: unpaid invoices, client actions, unanswered proposals, signatures

• Task and project management across our verticals, and our internal system kept current

• Raising invoices, expenses, subscriptions, contracts, records and the compliance calendar

• The new office, turnkey: suppliers, quotes, contractors, furniture, deliveries

• Representing the founder with clients, suppliers and contractors

WHO YOU ARE

• An owner. You see what needs doing and do it, without waiting to be asked

• AI-friendly. Most of our admin runs through Claude. You do not need experience, you need to want to work this way

• Completely trustworthy. You will see contracts, salaries and bank details

• Comfortable chasing a finance director, a supplier and a contractor in one morning, and none of them mind hearing from you

• You represent well. People should take you as seriously as they take the founder

YOU GET DIRECTION. THE PLAN IS YOURS.

You would be one of the first hires this company has made, building the function rather than inheriting one. You get a clear direction from the CEO: what the business needs, what our clients need, and where it is going. Everything after that is yours to design, from the roadmap to the execution. You will not be chased or monitored. We ask for real results instead, reported honestly.

We are not interested in work that exists to fill time. What counts is what actually moved: a client landed, a system shipped, a number that went up. Bring that, and you will have more freedom here than in any job you have had.

HOW WE WORK

Startup mentality, small team, real ownership, no politics. We focus on delivery and output: meetings exist to get something done, never to fill a calendar. Office being built, hybrid or remote, we genuinely do not mind. AI-first and we mean it: the company runs on Claude.
