Role Overview:

A hands-on B2B outbound sales / SDR / BDR / Sales Development candidate who can independently manage prospecting, email outreach, responses, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B outbound prospecting and cold email campaigns using Instantly.
• Identify and qualify leads, manage responses, and book qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in HubSpot.
• Manage outreach and meeting calendars during Australian/New Zealand business hours.
• Provide general sales support as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or sales development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Instantly and HubSpot.
• Strong cold email, lead generation, qualification, and appointment-setting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable handling high-volume outreach and prospect responses.
• Experience working with Australian or US businesses is an advantage.
• Willing to work Australian/New Zealand business hours.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm PHT
