About The Opportunity

As our new Business Development Manager, you will drive sales growth and market development for PHC Europe products and services within Belgium.

We are seeking a highly autonomous and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to establish and grow our presence in a new market, building the territory from the ground up and driving commercial success.

Location: Remote, Belgium

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive sales of PHC Europe products and services, providing expert product knowledge and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers and end users through site visits, seminars, exhibitions and networking events.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market penetration and growth within the assigned territory.
• Organise and execute promotional, marketing and business development activities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations and technical training to customers and stakeholders.
• Attend sales meetings to contribute to market development, product positioning and strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts and action plans in partnership with the Export Manager.
  
  

What You Need For Success

• Proven success in business development and Sales within the Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sectors
• A highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a territory and customer base from the ground up
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying opportunities, winning new business and delivering revenue growth
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of market development activities in a new and evolving environment.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
