Business Development Manager

Job Profile – BDM

Location: Greece (Remote)

Contract: Freelance Remote Full-time, permanent

Salary Range: Gross €1,200 – €1,500 per month

Reporting Line: Reports to executive team in Dubai (CFO/CEO). Manages a team of SDRs.

Overview

We are seeking a BDM to drive client growth across Greece and sell our international recruitment talent solutions to local customers. The role is focused purely on client acquisition and relationship management. All candidate sourcing, administration, and immigration processes are managed centrally by our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead future potential to manage a team of SDRs including training, coaching, and performance monitoring"
• Develop and expand client relationships across hospitality, construction/manufacturing, agriculture and agreed sectors
• Leverage your existing industry network to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, both remotely and onsite
• Work closely with international teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management
• Monitor market trends in Greece and identify new areas for growth
• Report regularly on sales performance and pipeline

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing and motivating sales teams
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a remote setup
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Bonus; Proven experience in recruitment or HR, with strong industry knowledge
• Bonus; Established client contacts in one or more key sectors (hospitality, construction/manufacturing, agriculture)
