Business Development Manager
DiPocket GroupDiPocket is an European card issuing and payments platform, offering turnkey white labelled embedded payments solutions ranging from financial apps for loyalty and customer acquisition, to physical and virtual gift cards, to cards for disbursements (e.g. loans, gig economy, employee benefits) to wearables for cashless events. A principal member of Mastercard and VISA, DiPocket operates across the EEA with a focus on Central Europe and offers tokenizable cards in most European currencies. Established in 2015, DiPocket is an Authorized Electronic Money Institution regulated by the Bank of Lithuania as well as the FCA and employs a growing team of close to 100 people across its locations in Vilnius, London, Warsaw.
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager, based in Vilnius or Warsaw, to own our partner-driven pipeline (card processors, card schemes, referral partners) and convert it fast — while running focused outbound into target accounts.
What would you do?
- Own and convert inbound leads from partners — card processors, card schemes, referral partners — plus DiPocket’s own channels.
- Run proactive outbound campaigns into target fintechs, platforms and corporates.
- Build and manage a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline; hit KPI and coverage targets.
- Lead discovery calls, shape proposals with Product, Project Implementation and Compliance, negotiate and close.
- Provide relevant detailed feedback to the Product team to continually improve the proposition.
- Represent DiPocket at industry events to grow the partner network.
What would we expect from you?
- 3+ years in business development or sales within fintech, payments, card issuing or BaaS — a proven quota-carrier.
- Existing relationships with card processors, card schemes or referral partners — a strong plus.
- Comfortable owning both inbound conversion and disciplined outbound prospecting.
- Working knowledge of card programmes, EMI/BaaS, Visa/Mastercard and tokenisation.
- Proven track record in achieving sales quota in a card / payment’s technology business.
- Experience in lead generation roles.
- Strong team player – ability to collaborate with other members of international team.
- A consultative approach, the ability to listen, understand and solve problems.
