Who we are
ChainPatrol is a venture-backed brand protection platform. Our technology finds and removes the scammers, fake accounts, and phishing sites that pretend to be the world's biggest brands. We do this at scale, 24 hours a day.
AI has made brand impersonation faster, cheaper, and more convincing. A cloned website or a fake support account can be created in minutes. We find them and take them down.
We are a fast-moving startup and we are growing quickly. Revenue grows every quarter. We are expanding into new industries such as fintech, iGaming, and consumer brands.
Our founders and leadership team have built and sold companies before. They are doing it again here.
Our investors include A16z Crypto, CMT Digital, Castle Island Ventures, Coinbase and Consensus.
About the Role
We are building our sales team in Latin America. This is the person who owns the full sales process in the region.
Our business development team already books meetings with enterprise and fintech brands in Latin America. Those meetings will be yours from your first week. You will run discovery, give the demo, manage the trial, and close the deal.
We also want you to create your own opportunities. The strongest people in this role do not only work the meetings we give them. They contact the companies they want to sell to, they use their own network, and they meet new buyers at conferences. We are looking for someone who can close the deals we bring and also bring new ones.
You will be the face of ChainPatrol in the region. You will meet the security, fraud, and brand teams who decide whether we win the deal.
You will report to our sales leaders and work closely with the founders.
This is an early and important hire. As the Latin America team grows, you will help build how it works.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to the signed contract, with mid-market and enterprise security leaders in Latin America
- Close the meetings that our business development team books for you
- Create your own opportunities as well, through your network, direct outreach, and events
- Run discovery calls and product demos in Spanish and English
- Manage the proof of concept stage, where the customer tests the product. You will plan it, run it with our team, and turn it into a signed contract
- Attend conferences and trade shows in the region to meet new buyers, then follow up with them
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise brands, partners, and the security community in the region
- Tell our leadership what you learn in the market: what works, what buyers care about, and where we should focus
- Follow our sales playbook, then improve it for the region
- Work with leadership to set our Latin America strategy, our ideal customer profile, and our messaging
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience selling B2B software, including time at a startup company with fewer than 100 employees
- You have carried a sales quota. You can close a meeting that someone booked for you, and you can also find new customers yourself
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent English, both spoken and written
- Proven experience selling to enterprise or large brands in Latin America
- Previous experience working for a North American company, either US or Canadian
- Strong knowledge of the Latin America market: the main companies, how buyers behave, and how deals are done
- Comfortable running a technical demo, not only a sales pitch
- Comfortable representing a company at conferences and industry events
- Strong AI skills. You use LLMs and AI tools every day to work faster and personalize at scale
- A valid passport and the ability to travel in the region
Nice to have
- Experience selling cybersecurity, fraud, or trust and safety software
- Existing relationships with enterprise brands in the region
