Your Role As Business Development Manager for Industrial Dispensing & Automation, you will take ownership of market expansion across the DACH and Central Eastern European region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, etc.). You will connect with engineering-driven customers, identify new opportunities in automation and manufacturing environments, and position Techcon as the trusted partner for precision dispensing solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the industrial dispensing and automation markets in your region. Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end users in manufacturing and engineering sectors. Identify new application areas and expand Techcon’s footprint within high-value industries. Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to introduce new technologies and tailor solutions to customer needs. Conduct market analyses to evaluate opportunities, trends, and competitive activities. Represent Techcon at trade fairs, customer events, and technical workshops. Deliver forecasts, business reports, and data-driven recommendations to management. Your Profile Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. First experience in B2B industrial sales, automation technology, or precision equipment. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, OEM environments, or industrial automation systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German. Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, and strong analytical abilities.
