About Ulink Assist
Founded in 1996, Ulink Assist is one of Singapore’s leading medical assistance providers, arranging over 2,000 medical appointments annually across Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and Yangon. We support patients, insurers, TPAs, and healthcare partners throughout their medical journeys. We are expanding our commercial presence in Indonesia and seeking a Business Development Manager who is entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable working in a quick pace and multinational environment. This role is fully remote, with occasional offline meetings and ad‑hoc business trips.
The Role Overview:
You will drive Ulink Assist’s commercial growth through a blended portfolio: 50% New Business Hunting, 30% Account Farming & Growth & 20% Provider Network Development. You will also responsible in initiatives that support client acquisition and strengthen our brand in the medical assistance and healthcare ecosystem. Reporting to the Regional Business Development Director.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to negotiation, closing, and client onboarding.
- Build & maintain relationships with insurers, TPAs, medical assistance companies, agents, and corporate clients.
- Grow existing accounts through regular reviews, retention, and upselling.
- Expand our hospital, clinic, and healthcare partner network, maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support reliable service delivery.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and client and patient communications.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, legal, or healthcare.
- Experience in insurance, TPAs, healthcare, or medical assistance preferred.
- An independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong business acumen, relationship management skills, attention to detail, and empathy when handling medical-related needs.
- Intermediate spoken and written English.
- Confidence working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
