Business Development Manager, Medical Communications

The role The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, development, and conversion of new business opportunities, while supporting the expansion of existing client relationships. This role owns pipeline development, supports strategic pursuits, and ensures opportunities are effectively progressed from identification through to conversion. The role coordinates the operational delivery of business development activity, including proposals, lead generation, CRM management, client interactions, meetings, and event delivery. Working across business development and marketing initiatives, the role supports cross-functional collaboration, structured communication, and effective coordination of timelines, reporting, and operational delivery. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
