Job Description:

Business Development Manager – Thermography Benelux and Nordic Market should have extensive experience developing the market by building solid relationships with both Distributors and End Users. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing BNL region and Nordic region direct and indirect sales channels for thermography, creating short- and long-term business plans to increase sales revenue.
• Finding business opportunities and growth potentials.
• Approaching and establishing new, solid, and long-term relationships with distributors and end users.
• Presenting the solutions to potential customers.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Working closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
• Lobbying in associations and interest groups.
• Assisting clients with specific projects.
• Positioning HIKMICRO as the preferred product for clients.
• Preparing business reports as requested by management.

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

• Currently located in the Netherlands.
• At least 3 years of experience in the thermal camera/thermal image industry, and have access to established local business networks.
• Proven corporate negotiation skills.
• Open-minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and proactive.
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or Swedish and have strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Solid in Outlook and related Microsoft products.
• Willingness to travel within the country.
